About Live Oak Integrative Wellness

At Live Oak Integrative Wellness, I believe that true healing happens when the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—is nurtured. My practice is rooted in the belief that each individual holds the capacity for resilience, growth, and transformation.

Inspired by the strength and wisdom of the live oak tree, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered in your healing journey. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, or seeking a deeper connection to yourself, our work together is centered on your unique needs and goals.

As a licensed LPC-IT, trained in both conventional and integrative approaches, I draw from modalities such as mindfulness, somatic awareness, narrative interventions, and trauma-informed care. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and personalized—honoring your inner wisdom while offering grounded tools for change.

I am currently practicing under the clinical supervision of Claire Whetter, PhD, LPC, NCC as I work toward full licensure in Wisconsin.

My Background

I love working with both individuals and couples as they navigate life’s many transitions. Together, we’ll explore your values, uncover the connection between your actions and your true self, and create space for meaningful growth. From my own therapy journey, I know that feelings of stress, irritability, and disconnection often arise when we’re not living in alignment with who we truly are. In our work together, we’ll begin to challenge the beliefs and patterns that keep you from honoring yourself and your relationship.

In session, I draw on creative and evidence-based approaches—including art, reflective questions, values clarification, assertive communication strategies, mindfulness, and somatic interventions—to empower you in building a more authentic, connected life.
